No hon, this is not puppy fat, this is plain obese you cant even feel bones no wher in his body, he was over fed and grew faster than he should, poor little fellar, this is hard on him he cant even walk far he panths and is exhausted . He is grossly overweight not just puppy fat, that was scooby. This one is like holding on to a football with legs, its kinda sad if you ask me. I was shocked when I picked him up, the man laughed and said oh he eats a lot and I let him have what ever he wants . I am glad I rescued him if I must say so
