I agree. Also, they loose "baby fat". My red pups were the biggest up till going on 4 weeks old. Now they are smaller than the standards. That Yorkie puppy chart is unavailable at this time. Does the pup have a LOT of qualities you are looking for? If not, don't be rushed. I know you love all of your pets and you know it is a lifetime commitment. If you have ANY doubts, don't take that one and keep looking. If it is absolutely perfect, wait three days and see if you feel the same way. Then go from there. Good luck and keep us posted!

Oops, I was posting the same time you were....and you say its not a Yorkie, so I don't know either. Still, I suggest the last few sentences of my reply.
