I would say it's safe to assume they aren't getting them from reputable breeders and at the large scale they are selling puppies, I doubt they're even getting them from BYBs. Since they wont say, I would assume they get their puppies from brokers who get them from puppy mills. Or they get them directly from puppy mills.
