I cant imagine what would drive someone to falsly accuse someone of rape. I know it happens though, and that should be a crime, if it isnt. |
Ive seen it alot with the foster girls that come in and out of my MIL's home.. it seems like they do it for the attention. If someone would pass a law where if you said you were raped (forced) but then it was discovered that it was consentual it should be treated just like filling a false police report only with stronger consequences. Of course the guy would still get in trouble cause the girl was still underage, but it would cut out on alot of the mess thats going on now.
