I think it happens a lot everywhere. I wanted to test the site out and the only US zip code I know of is, lol, 90210. Beverly Hills, Bel Air....sexual offenses are not restricted by geography or income.
I cant imagine what would drive someone to falsly accuse someone of rape. I know it happens though, and that should be a crime, if it isnt.
