The term "crying rape" is offensive to any man, woman or child who has been raped, because too often victims are not believed. A 13, 14, or 15 year old girl (who may or may not have consented) is not fully mature enough to know what he/she is getting into. An adult is and he/she should not put themselves in any position where he/she can be accused. I've seen those girls you speak of. Any yes, they look older than they are...it can be a scary world for a man. But HE/SHE needs to be sure that they are with a person of age...it is HIS/HER responsibility as an adult.

My $.02
Like you said its your opinion...my MIL does foster care for teen girls, most are not as innocent as you think. The ones who put themselves into that situation know what they are doing, and until there is punishment for them as well then it will not stop.
I have a son, u better bet that when he starts dating ID's will be checked before they leave my home. I also have a daughter, if she was to ever get into this situation and I found out that she was consenting to it and then tried to get back at the man by "crying rape" she would have hell to pay.
Truly getting raped is not what I am talking about...that is something that was not your fault. You did not consent to that, you did not ask for that, so if me saying these girls "cry rape" offends you, then Im sorry. But you must live in a better area then I do because it happens alot in my area.
