Sorry, I just had to add one more thing. And I do say this with the understanding that to me this is a touchy subject...please dont think I misunderstand you, because I really dont.
The term "crying rape" is offensive to any man, woman or child who has been raped, because too often victims are not believed. A 13, 14, or 15 year old girl (who may or may not have consented) is not fully mature enough to know what he/she is getting into. An adult is and he/she should not put themselves in any position where he/she can be accused. I've seen those girls you speak of. Any yes, they look older than they are...it can be a scary world for a man. But HE/SHE needs to be sure that they are with a person of age...it is HIS/HER responsibility as an adult.
