What are your thoughts on visiting him? I won't be able to hold him or anything. I'd only be able to stand a couple of feet away and say hello. I don't want to get him all excited and leave him all over again. Out of sight, out of mind, right? |
if you can't hold him or pet him... i woudln't go.. it will be hard on you both.. and he wont' understand why you are leaving again.. i hear dogs don't have a sense of time past 20 min (Could be a lie.. but it's a lie i like to beleive) so i'd just go back when you bring him home! did they say how much longer they think he will be there?
