Congratulations on your new puppy! Is there such a thing as "puppy fat"? like "baby fat"? I'm sure your vet will let you know what to feed so that he'll slim down some. I know mine put Max on a lower calorie food and he only gets so much a day, but he was a year or a little older when she did that. Puppies I think need the right nutrients to grow properly, so I'm not sure what they do for them....Good luck!
