Now I hope they deal appropriately with the owner. We had something similar happen in TN. Over 100 dogs were rescued from a similarly deplorable situation. Some of the dogs died. Some had to be put down because they were so diseased from lack of care!!!
After the owner went to court, about 10 animals were returned to her!
Her reasoning was the courts were taking away her livelihood!
I hope the courts in Indiana send the message that this kind of livelihood will not be tolerated!!!
