Yorkies seem to have a variety of coat types. There's texture and fullness. Some have a silky texture and some a cottony or coarse texture. Just read the posts about grooming. Some of the puppies have a different texture and fullness as they mature and others stay the same. You could ask the breeder you purchased your puppie from about puppies she had sold previously.
