In all honesty, and I could be very wrong here, but it sounds like a BYB. Why in the world would he keep the Mom and the pups out back in a MH? That's crazy! You don't do that when they are loved, well cared for pets, you keep them WITH you where you can play with them, see them, love them, cuddle them, socialize them. His house can be as clean as can be, but if the pups came outta that MH and SMELLED but had no feces on them, my guess would be there stinkin cause there's feces out there not cleaned up and Lord knows how much. I definately wouldn't buy from him unless you went out and seen what was in that trailor and what kinda conditons the pups were kept in.
