 Bad experience w/greenies
My little one swallowed the end piece of a (petite-size) greenie. He then tried to cough it up, but started coughing up blood instead. We rushed him to the hospital, where they thought he was having heart failure (he wasn't). They gave him lasix and oxygen and he turned out to be fine. My husband and I have lots more grey hair because of this experience however. (The hospital asked us if we "wanted" them to do an x-ray. It didn't turn up anything, just added another $100 to our bill. Total bill about $250). 'Nuff said about greenies. |
