I know how you feel! In my school I do yoga, and I did it for a few weeks with my gym class. at first, it was so difficult and I also felt really out of place. But honestly, everytime you do it it gets better. It'll be gradual, but almost everytime you go you'll go to go into plank (for example) and realize that its easier for you to hold yourself up.
