I would definitely stay away... If you are seriously considering a pup from there, you need to see what is inside of that mobile home where the pups came out of. Most likely that is where their breeding dogs are kept. And if the puppies were that stinky, the dogs are probably not in very good condition. And if the pup is 3lbs 10oz at 12 weeks it will definitely be bigger than 5lbs. Lacy was 3lbs at 12 weeks and is now 7.5lbs full grown. I'd look somewhere else if I were you

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
