It is so great you've gone this long, Congratulations!!!!. January 30th I will be smoke free for 5 months. There are times I still crave one, but I will never light one up. Wait till after you have quit for just a couple months and then go into a smokey restaurant or bar, it will just about gag you. I couldn't believe how bad it was.
