I know exactly how you feel! I've been an aerobics instructor (in the past) and am a personal fitness trainer and former triathlete...and yoga kicked my butt! The good thing is, if you stick with it, it's like everything else....you really will get better! And it's really SO good for you! Don't feel bad and if the people in your class or the instructor tries to make you feel inadequate, find another beginner's class....you'll be glad you stuck with it!
