IS fitting in just fine here. I don't know for sure just how "mean" Gracie is, but from what I have read, I would say "No, Toby is probably not as mean as she is". I might even go so far as to say that he is hardly mean at all. The only time I've heard any type of growl from him (and a cute little growl it is
), is when I'm trying to brush/comb the hair on his back legs area. He doesn't like that much. But other than that, I'd say he's pretty laid back.
