I just saw this post... wishing the best for you and your family! and I read that your mum lives kind of far away so it would cost alot of money to call her every pain you have!? have you guys ever thought about doing a online chat? with skype? its free!!! as long as both of you have the internet and a computer, and a mic. and its alot of fun if you have a web cam too
