 David Tutera Party Planner
Was David Tutera (Party Planner on Discovery Home) on a sit com as a child/teenager? I can't find anything on the internet about it. If not, he sure looks an awful lot like someone in a sit com but I am at a blank for a name of the actor and the name of the show. Can anyone help me out with this? It is driving me crazy for some reason.
