I saw it a long time ago, i guess the first time it was on the news. That lady so full of it...puppies that young would never be brought here (at least not legally) They sell puppy mill puppies...
A lot of vets recomend to wait even "years" before bringing a new pet into the enviroment where a sick dog has been. The virus is very good at surviving...just imagine really young pups without shots?
And about that lady...sad part is, there is a looot of clueless people out there, hopefully little by little we can make a difference and alert others.
