sorry I cant help with the whole question about the crates... (I dont have my Gracie yet) but I can help you out with the other part ... about how you get his pic in... what you do is ... go to "User CP" then on the left hand side... scroll down until you see " Edit Avatar" click on that and then you click on customize your avatar... now if you have a pic on file you can choose it here... find it by clicking on the "browse" button and find your pic!
