I measured it to see how big it really is. The actual length is 12", chest 18". I think the chest is larger because it is called a coat although I planned to use it as a warm dress.
Lady is 7.5 pounds and it's a little too big for her, but it probably would fit a Yorkie around 10 pounds.
I asked how Puppy Zzang ran before I ordered it and several people told me it ran small so I sized up.
