 Nothing worse than a summer cold!
Try Zicom (sp). You get it at any drug store. It's a homeopathic nasal spray that you take when symptoms first come on. Really works.
And MEGA doses of vitamin C. It makes you go to the bathroom (the runs) but clears the germs out quicker. Lots of liquids, too. Especially in this heat.
