When you say kennel - what type of kennel? Is this a puppymill, a large byb, or a small kennel situation? What type of socialization has the puppy had? Does this breeder normally sell at 12 weeks or has this puppy just not sold yet?
I would also want to know what kind of health screening each breeder does before breeding. | ^^^ What she said!
