Hi All:
I live in Orlando, FL and my Yorkie and I are part of a Yorkie meetup group that meets every third Saturday of each month....our next date is February 16 at 11:00 a.m. and we will be meeting this time at Paw Park in Sanford, FL.
After the meetup, many Yorkies and their moms/dads go to a little doggie boutique around the corner and hang out some more.
We are going to be alternating the locations every month as we have people that travel from all over Central Florida to be a part of this awesome group.
We normally have anywhere from 15+ Yorkies in attendance.
It's really cool!
FYI: I believe Fleet Peoples park is an off-leash park, with a lake.... I never take Squirt there b/c it's off leash with big dogs, and you never know if a Gator or water moccasin is lurking in any Florida body of water!!!
I have heard good things about the West Orange dog park, and someone in our group suggested we try it one month....
