I'm so sorry that this is happening...That's really crappy...Honestly, it's not fair for him to take YOUR dogs away from you, and then put them outside!
You should really talk to your mom about that...
It's one thing to discipline you(not that I think he should have done that either), but it's quite another to be that way with your dogs...
I hope this gets resolved quickly...This is very unfair...
