Ever since the Paris hilton show became popular, her and her idiot friend Nicole richie kept referring to their dogs as teacup. I'm sure it was started wayyyy before but it really picked up when they started saying it and it became a fashion statement of a dog. But I believe some people just use it to indicate that they are just really tiny. |
