Your puppy needs to have had all vaccinations before going to the groomer or being boarded...usually 16 weeks. Your dog should have had at least three rounds of vaccinations, including parvo & distemper. Most groomers will require rabies as well before they will groom. I also recommend a Bordetella vaccine.

How often you groom her will depend on how fast her hair grows and how short you want to keep it. I don't cut Lacy's hair other than to trim up her ears, feet, and sanitary areas. I usually do this once a month.
