Sizing can vary among dogs and brands. My Lacy is 7lbs and normally wears a small in most brands, but I've bought XS's and Mediums in some brands as well. It's better to measure your dog and go by her measurements when picking out a size. Yorkies can wear all sizes because they can vary in size.
To Measure:
Neck - measure around the neck where a collar would be
chest - mesure around the chest just behind the front legs
Length - with your dog standing squarly, measure from where the collar would be to the base of the tail. (do not measure length laying down or sitting)
