Thanks again, Bitsy! I would imagine that the velcro should hold well for Toto at 4 lbs. They look so much easier to put on than the one she has now ... the neck and girth are both adjustable and although it works well, I get tired of the same 'ol, same 'ol!! I loved the ones that matched the lacy pants!
