[Mom of 3]

Well, I have 3, and never even thought of having just one. I also have a dachshund. So I have 4 dogs, but 3 are Yorkies. They are a handful, but I wouldn't change it for the world. I love them all. I always have a couple of them sitting on my lap while watching tv. Right now I have all 4 of them under my desk. I put 4 little beds under there, and they lay there while I am on the computer. They are so much company. I would have to say, yes, get another dog if you can afford it. You will not regret it. It will give your little baby some company while you are away. Hope this helps.
