Hey guys, I just got an email from Shira's foster mom...First, I had put in an adoption application and so had my mother with UYR thinking she was fostered in Western Washington since that is what the add said. I have let them know that we would personally pick her up in Colorado via car so she did not have to fly and would be happy to provide extra references + photos and videos of our homes!
