Not eating sugar is impossible, but you can contact your doctor and see if you can see a nutrionist about a diet they recommend for type A diabetes, or for gestational diabetes. The food in those diets are low in sugar content, also it depends on how much you eat. If you stick with the recommend serving sizes then you can eat almost anything!
