I guess I just think it's neat that the cat show world has a place for spayed/neutered cats too. So you can still show but not breed. The spayed/neutered cats are held to the same standard as the unaltered cats. I guess there is really no point to the Premiership other than fun & the love of showing since you aren't breeding these cats, but I think it's a fun option for those that love to show but don't want to breed. And, like I said, it makes it easier on showing newbies because most cat show breeders are willing to sell a spayed/neutered cat to someone to show in premiership because they can't screw up the breeders lines. So it's a good way for a showing newbie to get started out in the show world
