I really appreciate all the advise. I have not just put the two in a room together. The lady who owns the male, who is a breeder, has been here everytime we put them together. She was flagging the yesterday, but when I held her she would put her tail down.
I would never mix the breeds. The breeder told me that Sadie could get attached to another dog if she is around him alot. The little male is just 12 weeks, so I am not worried about that.
