If there were not such an abundance of animals being PTS today, the government would not have to get involved.
I am also not happy with the fact that the government can now tell us we have to use seatbelts, can't smoke in a car with a child, must neuter and spay cats. But somebody must step in, state or federal.
If more people were responsible then the government would not step in...(I hope) Until there is no reason for ASPCA or animal control...I will happily take their help. |
I agree with this. In my neighborhood there are alot of cats kept outside. They reproduce and the cycle continues. Everyone is not as responsible with cat ownership as people are on here with dog ownership
