I was under the knowledge that a pruebreed dog could NOT be sold for
money if it's parents had no papers therefore not being registered.
The reason I say this is my daughter has a pruebreed MinPin.
It's mother's was AKC registered but the father was a rescue.
You can tell he is a pruebreed. It was not intentional, he was getting
neutered but the two got together. Puppies came and were given away,
my daughter getting one male. The owner stated that AKC would not
allow her to make money off the litter since the father was not registered
with them because he had no paper's and the litter could not be registered
because of it. It makes sence but I guess not all owners would be so honest.
