You gals are cracking me up!!!!

Looks like some great recipes are being posted.

This is one that I have made many times over the years and everyone loves!!

Country Style Steak in Crock Pot
(this is how I make it to serve 4....just double up if you want to serve more)

2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup (can use more)
flour
salt & pepper
onion (optional)
cube steak

Roll cube steak in flour, salt & pepper then brown lightly.
In bottom of crock pot spread soup then place a layer of browned cube steak, then more soup...keep repeating until you have used all your cube steak. When I am finished layering I lay a few slices of slices of onion on top. Then I pour all the extra soup on top of the onion. (the onion is optional....it just gives it a good flavor) We love black pepper so I sprinkle black pepper over the top.
I cook on high for the first 30 to 60 minutes then I cook on low all day.
Note: After cooking it will be very thick if you want you can add water while it is cooking. Or if you like lots of thick gravy just add extra mushroom soup!!!

Serve with mashed potatoes, green peas and rolls!!!! Yummmmy!!!!
