Some times till all the teeth is in they have them up and down. You can try taping them up if you want. 3 days at a time and then unwrap them. See if they will stand on there own. Sometimes it will just happen. Keep the ears trimmed will help them. Also you might watch him if he perks them up when you call him or say treat or something. So dogs will hold them down and perk them up when they want to. Just watch him and tape if you need to.
