~ Crockpot Chicken~
1 whole chicken
1 apple washed (keep whole, don't peal or core)
1/2 cup of white wine or apple juice
Wash and pat dry chicken take out neck an gizzards. Place whole apple in the body cavity, put chicken in your crockpot breast down, and pour the wine or apple juice over the top. Cook it on low for 8 hours or on medium for 5 hours.
