It does take some years to breed correctly and that is taking the years of experience from a show breeder or a good breeder that knows the standard and from their years of experience. You shouldn't just take a yorkie that's in standard and breed it just because it's standard...you must know the ins and out's of breeding....
My rule of thumb is more than 3 faults then it's not of quality for breeding
