I started a thread like this a little while back and got some great recipes. There is another thread with more recipes linked in my first post

These are the ones I have tried so far:
1) Roast
Baby Carrots
Cut up Potatoes
Onion Soup Mix on top
Splash of Water
Cook on Low all day
Made this last night...yummy...just make sure you keep everything covered in the juices
2) Sausage links
Green Bell Pepper sliced
Red Bell Pepper Sliced
Onion Sliced
Can of Diced Tomatos
Cook on Low all day
The flavor of this is SOOO good!
3) Sweet & Sour Pork recipe
http://www.recipezaar.com/29544 I served this over rice - DELICIOUS!
4) Zesty Chicken
1/2c tomato juice
1/2c soy sauce
1/2c sugar
1/2c oil
3 cloves garlic; minced
3 large chicken breasts
Mix juice, soy sauce, sugar, oil and garlic. Dip chicken in mixture. Place chicken in a slow cooker; add remaining sauce. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
I sliced the chicken up and served it over rice with steamed veggies...poured sauce over. Very very good
I've really been trying to use my crockpot more...I can't wait to try more of the recipes I got from everyone
