after seeing the policy that DaisyMae posted, I think you have every right to get either a refund or a credit.
$665.00 is too much to let it slide without a fuss.
14 days is unreasonable when items are being shipped.
Call them, girl, and get your gears in motion. Read their policy back to them.
Someone is NOT doing right by you.
