Hmmmm..... well, I'm at a loss then. I've actually never personally seen ringworm get that bad but it was in a circle shape and I know they can scab like that so it was an option. It's a good thing it's not ringworm because that can be pesky to get rid of BUT I think it's a lot easier than dealing with "unknown allergies". I wish you much luck in figuring it all out. Hope he feels better real soon.
