I am probably not qualified to answer this question because I have never tried the Merrick food. I have fed Canidae for over two years and love what it has done for my furbutts. All six yorkies plus our elderly Boxer eat it dry with no toppings, they are incredibly healthy, have great energy levels, their poops are nice and firm and not too stinky, and they all have beautiful coats - well exctpt for Chattie who has "dry coat syndrome" and gets Emu Oil as a supplement. |
