I have no good reason, except that my dogs turned up their noses at the Merrick dry samples. Also, I've heard it makes them gassy but that totally varies dog to dog. ALL canned makes them gassy
The Orijen is grain free which I like, and so far has not made them get fat like the Evo did.
Mine like Wingaling the best.
