WOW! Sounds like a good idea to take a witness along and send a Fed ex so you have paper proof and a witness! The witness can also attest to the fact that the owner was dismissive and rude as I'm sure he probably will be---he maybe realizes that this time he messed with the wrong person this time!!!!
