I dont know if this will help but. My best friend works at cinguar call center and if you call them and tell them whats happening they should do someting for you. Atleast block his number from calling agian and put a flag in his account. If nothing else there will be documented proff that this is happening. The call rep. is required to document everything that happens in a call. |
