The Philly group is pretty much on its way out, since there is no organizer. From what I understand the group was meant as a play group, and talk about yorkie ownership issues. I'm very disgusted by people joining the group to find a breeding mate for their dog. It obviously shows they are not reputable or completely educated, otherwise they wouldn't have to take this avenue to find a mate.
